At BioBalance™, we’re committed to offering a seamless and transparent subscription experience. Our subscription program is designed to keep your gut-health routine consistent - while giving you full control over your deliveries and billing.


Subscription Transparency

When shopping on our website, subscription options are clearly displayed and must be manually selected by checking the subscription box.

The checkbox clearly states that you are opting in to receive deliveries every 30 days at the discounted subscription rate.

This disclosure appears:

  • On product pages

  • In the cart

  • At checkout

By completing a purchase with the subscription selected, you authorize BioBalance™ to automatically renew, bill, and ship your order every 30 days.


Billing & Renewal Cycle

Your card will be charged automatically every 30 days.

Example:
If your first order was placed on August 5th, your subscription will renew on:

  • September 5th

  • October 5th

  • November 5th


Managing & Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel at any time.

Self-Service Cancellation

Log in to your BioBalance™ account using the email from checkout to manage or cancel your subscription.

Support Option

Prefer us to handle it? Email info@biobalanceofficial.com and our team will cancel it for you.


Important Cancellation Timing

To avoid being billed for the next month’s shipment, cancellations must be made at least 1 business day before the renewal date.

If your order has already been processed or shipped before your cancellation request, we cannot refund that shipment.
